When She Sees Herself Through God’s Eyes A 7-Day Journey from Comparison to Confidence in Christ
Day 7: Blessing and Commission
This isn’t the end.
Actually, it was never supposed to be.
The goal wasn’t for you to finish seven days and suddenly never struggle with comparison, insecurity, or the way you see yourself.
The goal was to help you see yourself through a different lens.
God’s.
So today, I want to celebrate who God is making you become.
I want to tell you what I’ve actually seen.
Not just, “You’re beautiful.”
Not just, “You’re kind.”
Those things are nice to hear, but I want to speak specifically about your character.
“You’ve chosen humility when you could have chosen pride.”
“You’ve had compassion for people who needed someone to notice them.”
“You’ve trusted God when you didn’t have all the answers.”
“You’ve served without needing everyone to see you doing it.”
Whatever is true about you, say it.
Be specific.
Because these aren’t empty compliments.
They’re observations. They’re evidence of Christ being formed in you.
Then pray.
Thank God for who He created you to be. Ask Him to protect your heart from comparison, remind you of your identity in Christ, and give you courage to live from that identity instead of constantly seeking approval from the world.
And then tell remind yourself:
“I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming. And I’m even more excited to see what God does with the life He’s given me.”
Don’t make this the end.
Go live loved.
Go live chosen.
Go live forgiven.
Go live redeemed.
Go live as the woman God created you to be.
And when that old voice comes back, go back to the truth.
Because it probably will.
And when it does, you’ll know whose voice to listen to.
